Mihir Shukla

Mihir has spent his entire career in life sciences, working across start-ups, emerging biotech, CROs, and CDMOs, with hands-on leadership spanning operations, CMC, quality, regulatory affairs, and program management.

He founded BCS in 2020 driven by one belief. That with the right expertise, systems, and leadership in place, every program has a better chance of reaching the patients waiting for it. He has sat in the rooms where promising programs stalled due to avoidable gaps in systems, execution, and alignment. That experience is what drives everything BCS does.

His experience spans Biologics, Cell and Gene Therapy, Combination Products, and Vaccines. From early development through regulatory submission and commercial launch. He brings the kind of practical, execution-focused leadership that moves programs forward when timelines are critical and the margin for delay is zero.

Outside of work, Mihir is passionate about health, fitness, and wellness. He enjoys cooking, reading and spending quality time with friends and family.
